Restart

There are two small index cards with quotations taped to the neck of my computer monitor. They are the first things I see when I sit down at the computer.  I put them there when I was going through chemo and radiation when god you’ll reach for anything to get you through the next five minutes. They still shepherd my thought five years later.

Be.  Here.  Now.

and

Start where you are.  Use what you have.  Do what you can.

I’m happy to say that lung cancer hasn’t killed me yet, and since I’m paying for this little place on the Web, I might as well use it. For what purpose and how often, we’ll see.

About Me

This blog started out as letters to my dog maizie but devolved into meaningless observations from a half-deaf cancer alumnus introvert navigating the noise you other people make.
